As part of our care for our community, we hosted a public forum and Q&A on end of life issues.

This was an initiative of the five Uniting Churches in Mount Waverley and Chadstone. We had a superb panel of experts – Professor Paul Komesaroff – Monash University. Practising physician and ethicist; Professor Jenny Philip, Chair of Palliative Medicine, Melbourne University; Ms Winsome Thomas, Psychologist, author and educator. We welcomed many people from Mt Waverley and further afield and the questions were many a varied – a very worthwhile and informative event.
